Founded in 2012 as a social enterprise to deliver quality programmes for industry and private-sector professionals in the Aegean region, İnci Academy continues its lifelong-learning mission.
Core topics include Digital Transformation, Leadership & Capability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organisational Development and automotive technical expertise — offered alongside national and international alternatives.
Through the long-running Genç İnci Programme, we support recent graduates with full-time roles across group companies so their first steps in working life are solid.

Internship
We offer internships in group companies to high-performing students from universities, vocational schools and technical high schools; we monitor performance and aim to hire outstanding interns after graduation. Most hosting companies operate in Manisa Organised Industrial Zone, with shuttle and meal support.
Internship applications are accepted each year between April and May.
